1. Acceptance

By signing in to EZClaim you agree to these terms on behalf of yourself and the licensed adjusting firm whose workspace you operate within.

2. Permitted use

The platform is licensed for TPBI motor-claim investigation and report production by Malaysian-licensed insurance adjusters. Each user is responsible for the lawfulness of the data they input — including obtaining the consent required to process personal data of insureds, claimants, witnesses, and other third parties involved in a case.

3. Account responsibility

Each user is responsible for keeping their sign-in credentials confidential. The workspace MANAGEMENT may revoke access (suspend or offboard) at any time. Sessions automatically expire after 7 days of inactivity.

4. Data ownership

The adjusting firm retains all rights to the case data it uploads. The platform processes that data only to deliver the report-production service. We do not sell, share, or repurpose firm or subject data, and we do not train external models on your case content.

5. Service availability

The service is provided on an “as available” basis. We aim for 99% monthly uptime for the workbench, queue worker, and PDF renderer; SLA terms specific to a pilot or paid plan live in the agreement signed by your firm’s MANAGEMENT.

6. AI-assisted features

When the workspace MANAGEMENT enables the cloud AI provider, the platform may surface AI-suggested text for the conclusion, photo damage description, and coherence-check tools. These suggestions are advisory — the adjuster always retains final authorship and signs the report under their own licence.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Malaysian law, the platform and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service. The authoring adjuster bears full professional responsibility for every report produced.

8. Changes

We may update these terms with reasonable notice. Continued use of the workspace after the effective date of an update constitutes acceptance.
